We are the Ecuadorian organization FUPEC  («Familias Unidas por las Enfermedades Catastróficas»), who are helping cancer and other catastrophic illnesses patients and their family members in need. As a non-profit, based in Cuenca our objective is to improve the quality of life of the most vulnerable individuals and families through the comprehensive support of a team of professionals and volunteers. We are looking for volunteers like you who would like to share their time and kindness to sick people and work together with the organization on events or projects, made to improve/maintain the health of these patients. Helpful, but not obligatory qualifications experience in medical, psychological, social or nursing areas. The only thing is you need to be at least 18 years old.
